  I rarely write reviews, and this is my first time leaving feedback about this place - but I felt it was necessary. The food looked like it was just thrown onto the plate with no care or attention. Presentation was sloppy and unprofessional. On top of that, the staff seemed unhappy and unwelcoming, with no real interest in providing good service. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I won't be coming back and cannot recommend this place.

  Incident a@ Chipotle Main and Coit Seeing the steam from the queso, I quietly mentioned, "Oh no, you’re rushing a bit, please be careful." I was worried about the plastic melting or contaminating the food. Instead of addressing the spill, the manager became visibly upset and attempted to serve us the queso from the contaminated container without removing the plastic markers first. When I politely asked if we could perhaps get fresh queso from the drive-through line to avoid the plastic, he removed our food, placed it on the back table, and told us he would not serve us because I had been "rude." Our Concern We were left without dinner and felt quite shaken. It is disappointing to be denied service simply for pointing out a legitimate food safety hazard. We truly believe your team is capable of great service, but this specific interaction felt unnecessary and hurtful. @the Chipotle Manager - We love the convenience of this location, but we hope to see better training regarding food safety protocols and conflict resolution. No guest should be turned away for asking for "plastic-free" food

  Wish there was 0 stars . Disgusting restaurant . Bought veggie bowl. Started throwing up within few mins after eating food . Guac looked stale. Found a stone like piece in the bowl . My experience concurs with other reviews that folks have given . Avoid this place at all cost !

  I had to go to Urgent Care for what happened to me after I ate my standard veggie items the day before yesterday. My lips got hard like a fried crepe, my throat got swollen, and the muscles in my jaws became hard. The doctor said my body had an allergic reaction to the food, and I was given a cup of few ounces of steroids. This is not the first time. In a previous visit, I saw that brown rice looked plastic, and when I ate it felt little crunchy. Then it gave me stomach pain. I have been eating the same food at home in the past few days. With the only change being inclusion of chipotle in it. If I were to have an allergic reaction with that food, it would have shown. It happened only when I ate the food here and for the second time. That is why I am making this post. I should have checked the store has 2.4 rating ahead. But assumed Chipotle meant good quality for the price. This was not about my allergies, and it was not the first time. I feel something got contaminated like the rice last time. It also looks like I a not the only person who experienced this and the store overall is dirty like in other pictures. They close at 11 but by 9 the store is being cleaned with water on the floor when I went in along with the food quality being dirty. I am a food lover. A heavy personality. I hate being angry and giving such a review. But I had to, to avert a health crisis. I will be sharing my complaint with the health authorities.

  The customer service was terrible and the person that was serving me did not listen. Completely acted as if she was deaf and did not listen to any, but what else I said, and continue to give a lot of attitude and sassiness even after you know when we paid.
