  Very disappointing experience at the 380 Frisco location last night. When I reached the counter, the rice had just run out and I was told it would be about a 15-minute wait. That was perfectly fine, so I sat down and waited patiently while several other customers chose to leave. When the rice was finally ready, a group of customers walked in and I was told to get in line behind them — even though the employee acknowledged that I had been waiting in the restaurant the entire time. When I explained that I had already waited and didn’t feel it was fair to go behind people who had just arrived, the employee (a tall heavy set man with long black hair pulled into a ponytail with black frame glasses) dismissed me and walked away. He then instructed another worker to begin serving the customers behind me. The patron that he was telling me to get behind actually had to speak up and point out that I had been waiting before her and the employee finally took my order. The original worker who dismissed me was visibly upset that I was being served and walked out of the restaurant. I come to this location several times a month because it’s one of my favorite places to eat after working out and I normally receive great service. Unfortunately, this interaction was dismissive, embarrassing, and completely unnecessary. I hope management reviews this situation, because no customer who waits patiently should be treated this way. I could have left and took my business elsewhere like the other dozen people.

  When I saw 2.5* rating I knew it had to be people. Food is the same in every store. I got in, saw the place for takeout food empty. OK I'll wait for my food to be done. - Is this the place to pick up takeout? - Yes - Thank you I proceed to wait 15 minutes with no food being placed there. I approach them again. - I see you're busy, but when can I expect my food to be done? - What's your name? Oh, it's been sitting here for 15 minutes. Enjoy your cold food lol - ... - People steal food, we don't put it here anymore If there's only something you could do about people stealing and not pissing off your customers instead. So yes. Low rating for this store is not because of the food. It is, indeed, because of people.

  Be cautious when picking up food through the delivery window. The person threw the food into the car, causing the entire bag to rip open (bottom was completely wet)and spill everything onto me and inside the car. They offered no apologies or regrets. Instead, they closed the window and continued their own business while I was drenched in food and the car was covered in sauce. This was a terrible customer experience.

  Quite literally the worst Chipotle in the area. They are slow and always out of ingredients hours before close. The staff is also extremely unprofessional. They might as well have not even have opened this location. Even though it’s closest to my home, I go to a further location because of these reoccurring issues.

  Every time I come to this specific store, they're out of so many things. The servers have been alright. Tonight, mgmt wa rude, dismissive, could not care less- just no help at all. I decided to download the app and try ordering online. While in front of the store, I attempted to do so, also wanted to avail myself of the complimentary guacamole. It's some new marketing deal I guess but it won't do Chipotle any good at this store. I downloaded the app, created my account, signed in, received an email with an offer for the guacamole and when you click "order now" it directs you to the app, where it does nothing. Over and over. So I went inside thinking they could maybe help. Wrong! The mgr said I had to do (steps above) and I said that I did. However it will not provide a place to add the guacamole nor provide a promo code. I said this to the mgr and she was looking down, doing something else while trying to direct me how to accomplish this. I let her know there was no place to add this and she said something like "well that means you don't have it" or similar, then her voice trailed off. Whatever. I understand why this store his not doing well. As far as I'm concerned -it's a scam. They get you in to try their food but don't do what they say they will. So I ended up with a partial order, since they were out of beef and another protein, along with several other items and everything else looked like bottom of the barrel. I, too will be sure to drive to another chipotle, if ever-. Not one good experience here.
