This wasn’t a one time thing I’ve gone here a few times and have walked out because they never have any ingredients. This needs NEW management and every employee needs to go thru training on customer service etiquette.

Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the serving employee responded in a rude and dismissive manner, repeatedly saying “yes, yes, yes” without even listening. I then spoke to the manager and even showed her the rice, asking her to touch and feel it herself. She admitted that the rice was not fully cooked, yet immediately became defensive and said, “The machine cooks the rice, not us,” which is not an acceptable response. Responsibility still lies with the restaurant to serve properly cooked food. The attitude from both the staff and the manager was arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional. No apology, no attempt to fix the issue—just blame shifting. This location consistently serves undercooked rice, and today’s behavior was the worst I’ve experienced. Customer feedback should be taken seriously, not brushed off with arrogance. I will not be returning
