  Did you guys know that these people use a temperature sensor and they go from food to food without even the slightest considerations that they're mixing the non-vegetarian stuff with vegetarian stuff. Even after I pointed this out to them, they were thoroughly inconsiderate and didn't care that I'm a vegetarian and that they shouldn't mix the sensor into both veg and non-veg food. They continued to keep doing it. They weren't respecting vegetarians. Vegetarians please be aware and don't go to Chipotle.

  I went to Chipotle today 11/9 around 5:10pm and the portions were out of control. I asked for chicken and the worker gave me basically half a scoop. I said can I get some chicken and he asked if I wanted double. No. I want a regular serving of chicken not a sample. The workers act like they are giving this food out of their own paycheck or like they get commission for using less meat. I’m sure for lunch they don’t give themselves those portions. It makes no sense. Chipotle needs to measure the meat so it is consistent. Every time you go it is a gamble. Nobody wants a bowl that is mostly rice. At this point it is giving “Chip-little”not Chipotle. If this continues people are going to stop going. We are paying full price so serve full portions.

  Low quality ingredients, chicken is almost always undercooked and lacking flavor. Red sauce doesn’t seem usual and pico is not always fresh either. Staff’s behavior is hit or miss, some are great and some are grumpy at times. Staff seems to hesitate to serve correct portions, never experience this at any other chipotle store. Overall, way below average burrito bowl. We went to different chipotle stores near by and immediately noticed the difference. We now drive litter farther for better bowl.

  Very busy spot, it’s hard to keep the place clean with as much traffic as they seem to get. They always have a good attitude, I’m impressed with the quality of the food they prepare because they seem to go through a ton of food.. but I want to say that if only more young people would go get a job they would probably be able to keep up with the demand. It’s not on this establishment to do that. It’s on you.

  The manager, Malik (this is the name he gave me - he did not have a name tag) did not know about the current online promo - “spend $20 or more and you get a free quesadilla for National quesadilla day (NQD2025)”. I would think the manager would know what the promotions are. I told him when I entered to promo online, it was recognized on checkout but then I got a message saying the free “quesadilla would not be added because I was missing an item”. I told him I didn’t know what that meant but that I should qualify. So I showed him the online promo, I showed him that my order total was over $26. He said he couldn’t help me because it was online. I asked him if he could honor the promo since I met all the requirements. He said “no”. And laughed while telling me this. They also did not put the large bag of chips that I ordered in the bag with my pick up order.
