The Cajun turkey is a franchise item and everything has a ton of flavor. Chefnic will our go to for all of our catering and meal prep needs for sure! 5 Stars.

Communication was smooth, pickup and drop-off were right on time, and he treated the trailer with complete professionalism and care. Chef Nic runs a top-notch operation — organized, respectful, and easy to coordinate with. We’d gladly work with him again anytime. - KJKarli JuarezNov 29, 20251.0had $120 ($60 each) order of fruit trays for Thanksgiving. The fruit was over ripe and going bad, the portions were small.. The quality of items did not reflect pictures on the website. When my mother in law tried to address the issue, the chef/manager on the phone did not apologize nor try to fix the issue in any way. I think some customer service classes would be beneficial. Next event i will get our items elsewhere where we will not be overcharged for rotting cut up fruit with a few flowers placed for asthetic appeal. The other items we received were ok, lacked flavor to be honest and we had to cook them.
