  We usually love eating at CAVA, but unfortunately our most recent visit was really disappointing. We ordered our usual two bowls with harissa chicken, and both were filled with large fatty pieces of meat that completely ruined the experience. Nearly half of the chicken in each bowl was inedible, and we ultimately had to throw both meals away. What made it more frustrating was that we tried calling the restaurant to resolve the issue, but no one answered. We’ve always enjoyed the quality here, so it’s disappointing to see such a noticeable decline. Hoping this was just an off day and that quality and customer service improve moving forward.

  When I first walked in the guy behind the counter did not even say anything to me, no hello no welcome, nothing. When he was making my bowl he basically just threw it together like he was bothered by making it. Then when I got to the cash register I asked for a drink and pita bread with the bowl. I pay and he does not give me the pita bread or a drink cup. Instead he just walked away. Then another employee asked me if I needed help with something, I told him I’m waiting for my drink and my pita bread. Then I was told I had to pay for that, even though I just paid. I’m very disappointed at that kind of service. Just because you hate your job does not mean you need to be rude to customers.

  I had never been to a cava with such bad service. I ordered the pita bread and the drink, and the person who took my order forgot that I had already paid for it and they tried to make me pay again. I was left waiting for the cup and pita for a long time.

  Second time visiting this Cava location and I was wanting to give it a second chance but they were poorly communicating with the guests and started assuming we wanted things in our bowl and just started throwing stuff in and they had to completely throw out a bowl because they weren't even listening. they didn't even inform us about any up charges they just added it all on the end without even considering there was no labeling on the menu that there's an upcharge to do half chicken and half steak. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

  Darren at CAVA is a whole vibe. From the moment I walked in, he helped me with so much patience, sprinkled in just the right amount of comedy, and honestly turned my lunch hour around. Great service is one thing, but making someone feel relaxed, seen, and genuinely welcomed? That’s next level. Huge thanks to Darren for the laughs, the kindness, and for making my meal feel like a little mid-day reset. I truly appreciated it!
