  We were shocked when we saw that the spinach in the salad bowl was totally unwashed and had a lot of mud still stuck to it. Did not feel well in my stomach after eating this salad and am super worried if I am going to get sick due to this. Very disappointed with the quality of the food.

  This was my first time to CAVA and the food was amazing, the place was really clean but what really stood out was the lady who took our order (Ryelee) she really was on a mission to make sure our food was right and she was really polite. Thank you for the great service and definitely coming back and recommending

  This was the worst CAVA location I’ve visited. The customer service was extremely disappointing. Almost every time we visit, several food items are unavailable and we’re told they are out of it. On top of that, the lentils were undercooked and very hard to chew. Portion sizes were also noticeably smaller than expected for what we’re paying. When customers are standing in front of you, they deserve attention and respect not to feel uncomfortable or ignored. Management really needs to address both the food quality and customer service at this location.

  Always clean and the food is yummy ! Healthy too ! I didn’t feel great and was going to get two small side dishes and Simeka who smoked the whole time stepped in and suggested a kids meal . She didn’t have to do that but two sides was more so I really appreciated her stepping in and being personable . As soon as I can eat more I love it here . You get a lot of bang for your buck . Their teas are delicious too . I get the cucumber mint . Def go here .

  I’m very disappointed with my experiences at CAVA in Frisco. I’ve visited twice, and both times were frustrating. The first visit, they tried to serve us guacamole with dark brown streaks that clearly looked old and unappetizing. The second visit around 3pm, they were already out of most menu items. I was told the chicken would take 9 minutes, but after waiting 15 minutes, they said it would be another 8 minutes. When I questioned the change, they explained it cooks 8 minutes per side — something they should have told me from the start. When I asked for a refund, the employee who seemed to be the manager initially refused and claimed I hadn’t ordered there, even though I had placed my order over 15 minutes earlier. After I insisted, they finally processed it but said it would take 3–5 days to get my money back. Poor communication, poor service, and questionable food freshness. I won’t be returning.
