From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. I told them it was my first time, and they were incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. They never rushed me, explained the menu, offered suggestions, and walked me through the best combinations so I could build a bowl I’d really enjoy. The restaurant was clean, organized, and had such a fresh vibe. The food itself was so good and everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and well-seasoned. Overall, the customer service and food quality exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to feel genuinely cared for in fast-casual dining, but they definitely made my first visit memorable. I’ll absolutely be back!

The staff here is noticeably ruder than at other Cava locations, and today the male employee with long bleached-blonde hair was especially rude while taking my order. On top of that, the dining room is almost always dirty and the Diet Coke is out most of the time. The food quality also doesn’t feel up to par. Really hoping management addresses these issues.
