  The level of incompetence is truly staggering. I ordered the 20 wing bundle as well as 15 wings. In the 15 wings order, there were only 13. In the 20 wing bundle, there were only 12. How do you actually screw up an order that badly unless you try? The place was severely understaffed - I placed the order at 6:15 PM for pickup at 6:50, then proceeded to wait until 7:30. The one guy I saw working (although I think there were two) was clearly stressed, and there were probably 15 pick up orders behind mine. There was nobody working the front counter for people to order, and they weren’t answering the phones. Not their fault - they didn’t have enough employees to do all their jobs. This fault lies directly with the owner. Avoid this place. It’s a ripoff. Oh, and I tipped them before pickup, too! Just - why?

  DO NOT GET THE BURGER if i could rate it ZERO out of five i WOULD! It was soooooo salty one more bite and I think I would have died 🤮🤢🥴 the cooks were really nice but that Manger OMG TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! He acts like he doesn't want to work there! For the price i paid i HATED how bad the food was! I pray that manger get better because I almost walked out because of him uninviting energy. The mozzarella sticks were fire thoo! But I literally will NEVER BE BACK

  Ordered about 40 wings, they kept just one ranch. Unresponsive staff.

  Ordered B1G1 Boneless wings and Fries online. Food was ready by the time we got there. Boneless wings were pretty good, kids like the mild honey garlic and Parmesan Garlic Fries with Chipotle rub were good too, although seasoning did not stick well to fries

  First time at thisn location. Came in with my friend. Most orders to go but they do have few tables inside. Restaurant was clean including bathrooms. Jaydan was at the register and took our order. He provided excellent service. Helpful and respectful young man. Food was made upon order. Fries crispy and seasoned right. Wings and tenders tasted good. I was not disappointed by service or food. Outstanding recognition to Jaydan. I will visit this location again.
