  I ordered the Tuesday BOGO Traditional Wings with Thai Curry sauce from this location. When I got home and opened the box, I was really frustrated to see that the wings were basically plain with almost no sauce on them. There might have been 2–3% sauce at most, which is completely unacceptable when you specifically order wings with a particular sauce. This was very disappointing, especially since the order was supposed to be part of their Tuesday promotion. It felt like no care or quality check was done before handing out the order. Because of this experience, I won’t be visiting this location again. If you’re planning to pick up food from here, I strongly recommend checking your order in the store before leaving, otherwise you might end up with the wrong or poorly prepared food like I did. One of the worst ordering experiences I’ve had.

  I was super excited to get my favorite wings in this new location. I come back to work and it’s wrong my order I placed on the app 🤦🏻‍♀️ However I called and left a voicemail and aaron the manager did return my call. I came back next business day to talk about it and he did make it and gave me the correct order today. I really don’t want to be always wondering if order is correct, so I hope they review to go orders for when im in a rush again for picking up my lunch. I appreciated him hearing me out and for their willingness to be better in service I updated to a 5 star.

  We order online at 4:49 PM for a pickup at 5:55 PM on super bowl ... Get there (when it should be ready),. They tell us they are 45 minutes behind. We then go into the tom thumb to kill time (while still missing the SUPERBOWL game).. Go back in over an hour later to ask when it will be ready... and are told by the same guy that originally said they were working on it, and now that there was no order and we would have to contact door dash to get out $100.00+ order refunded. That order was there or he wouldnt have seen it when we first went in! Thank you for ruining our superbowl, have nothing to eat, and also now get to figure out how to get our money back. Btw. It is still showing the order is active after we are already back home, and is in fact not cancelled on their side or mine.. Update: at 650 they mark it as completed. How convenient Will never again order from here.

  Really poor management. Entire store filled with people waiting to pick up their orders on Super Bowl day. Average wait time was 1.5 hour even after placing order 2 hours in advance. Staff is untrained and understaffed to meet the order demand. Ended up cancelling the order after waiting for an hour.
