Went in a Sunday evening. Waited over an hour and half too be greeted and another 30 minutes to be served drinks and food . Received no sauces . Food was old and no flavor. Very disappointed in this location. Even to pay the bill was another 20 min. Couldn't speak to a manager

One of the worst service experiences of my life. We arrived at 8:15 PM when the place was barely busy and were seated at booth 86. The waitress assigned to us was rude and completely uninterested from the start — no courtesy, no professionalism. She took our order and then disappeared. We waited 40 minutes for food and had to repeatedly chase down the manager just to get attention. No apology, no accountability, nothing. Absolutely unacceptable. Never going back.

Trash food, im paying for wings prepared not for some plan wings! Why would I have to prepare the wings at home??
That stupid I can imagine who came with that idea, guess stupid management. Don't eat here, not getting food from this chain again!! Next time sent the raw chicken!!!

I’ll start with some points that could be improved, and then I’ll mention the positive ones.
I’m not sure if this is a company policy, but in all the Buffalo locations I’ve been to, the place is very large with very little staff. Because of that, the whole process feels slow. Even when there aren’t many customers, it still takes several minutes before someone comes to assist you.
Since there is not enough staff and drink refills depend on a server, it becomes frustrating to have to look for someone and wait until they are available just to refill your drink or change the flavor.
Another issue is that there are no napkins on the tables. If you run out of the few they give you at the beginning, you have to look for a server again.
Regarding the wings, even though wings are their main product, many of them are very small, with only a few good-sized ones.
Please improve these points. Because of all this, Buffalo usually ends up being my last option.
Positive points: the place is spacious, the sauces are really good, the food tastes good overall, and the staff is friendly despite the heavy workload.

Voy a empezar con algunos puntos que podrían mejorar y después mencionaré los aspectos positivos.
No sé si sea una política de la empresa, pero en todos los Buffalo a los que he ido el lugar es muy grande y hay muy poco personal. Esto hace que todo el proceso sea lento. Incluso cuando hay poca gente, se tardan varios minutos en atenderte.
Al haber poco personal y depender del mesero para el refill, es muy molesto tener que estar buscando a alguien y esperar a que esté disponible solo para rellenar tu bebida o cambiar de sabor.
Otro punto es que no hay servilletas en la mesa. Si se te acaban las pocas que te dan al inicio, tienes que volver a buscar a un mesero.
En cuanto a las alitas, a pesar de que es su especialidad, muchas son muy pequeñas y solo algunas tienen buen tamaño.
Por favor, mejoren estos puntos. Por todo esto, Buffalo casi siempre termina siendo mi última opción.
Puntos positivos: el lugar es amplio, los aderezos son muy ricos, la comida en general sabe bien y el personal es amable a pesar de la carga de trabajo.
