From being on FaceTime loudly in the lobby then taking their phone around the back, to 5 of them hanging out front, one with the blanket, and then talking bad about their manager in front of customers when she told them to come inside. Once inside it is unclear if they washed their hands but blanket girl decided it was a good time to play with her hair that was down while leaning on the Togo area. As someone that is heavily aware of ServSafe standards, it is clear that this location needs much training and/or a manager that can better lead. All staff of duty other than the counter person failed to provide a clean and professional environment.

Typically, you’re the only customer for the entire building and somehow they’re still short with you or act like they’re Put out by your arrival.
