  i went to get coffee and the girl taking my order was super nice and sweet but her manager was being extremely rude to her, and messed up my order two times.. to the white lady that had her hair in braids focus on being nicer and making orders correctly

  Been waiting for this location to open for some time now. They dropped off promotional flyers to the office and when we stopped by they weren’t even open. No sign. Nobody to tell us they were closed. Stopped maybe 3 other times and still not open. Opted out for another coffee place. Now we just drive by and don’t even bother to stop anymore. Lines arent long, or maybe we drive by on their slow times. Idk!

  Waited 20min in a line that felt like a high school rave. 15kids running around with their heads cut off singing nonsense, blaring horrible music so loud I could barely hear to give my order. It is embarrassing that ownership would go for this atmosphere- says a lot about their philosophy. Black coffee tasted good

  this place is so delicious!! it is my favorite coffee chain, I live so close to it and I'm so happy because they fuel my coffee addiction! They just came out with holiday drinks too so it gives me more reasons to come back here everyday! Not to mention everyone is super sweet. Thank you!

  I was really looking forward to trying this location today with my boyfriend, but unfortunately, our experience was a bit disappointing. We both ordered iced crème brûlée lattes and ended up waiting in line for about 20 minutes. It seemed like the team was still figuring things out — a few employees looked unsure of their tasks, and there was some confusion about which cars had been helped, which caused the line to move slowly. When we finally got our drinks, my boyfriend’s order was made correctly, though he mentioned it didn’t have much flavor. I had asked for mine to be extra sweet, but it didn’t taste like there was any sugar or flavoring added. I didn’t mention it at the window since the line was already long, and I didn’t want to hold things up further. I completely understand that this location just opened recently and that it can take some time for new teams to get into a good rhythm. I’m hopeful that with a little more time and training, things will run more smoothly, because I’d love to come back and give it another try.
