  I come here EVERY day and they always make my iced white mocha perfect EVERY time! Paige is super sweet and I love how kind and upbeat all the employees are. Switched to here from the colony location (they had bees by the window lol), would rate higher if I could!

  The guy that was on shift between 7-8pm today was ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. I came with my sister and her friend to get drinks from the “pick up” window. I’m not sure of his name, but he took our orders (me and my sister together and our friend ordered by herself.) It took them a while to make our drinks, understandable because it was only 2 people working at the time. Our friend wanted to correct something on her order to make sure she got the right things she wanted. Instead of being professional and doing his job, he decided to complain to another customer about our friend. Not sure if they knew each other, but he knew what he was doing and wanted the drama. The customer drove around the building yelling profanities at her (our friend) and accused her of “giving them a hard time.” Drove past us again yelling something else before he got to the light. (He was in a white car, possibly a Toyota, orange shirt… he knows who he is.) They are both bullies, and I can’t stand bullies. Our friend politely spoke up about her order because she paid for it, and she has the right to make sure it is what she wanted. Whoever this barista is needs to be held responsible for creating a hostile environment while being on the clock. I do want to thank the purple/red haired lady who was polite and apologetic about his absurd behavior. I hope he’s happy knowing he ruined a good night for people who just wanted to end their day with some peace and positive vibes.

  Paige was the best! She’s so kind and it was obvious that she genuinely cares. Customer service was a 10/10 and so was my drink. I love when people love their job; it makes all the difference!

  Sarah, Shay, Paige, Justus, and Levi are amazing and the reason my kids and I come back almost daily! They always show my kids so much kindness and enthusiasm, taking the time to listen to them instead of pushing them aside—even on their busiest days. My entire staff loves going to this Dutch Bros because the team is always such a delight. Even on days I’m not working, I’ll drive from Denton to Frisco just to get my drink here because it’s always made right and the service is consistently amazing.
