  I stopped by in the drive thru to get a drink around 3:45pm. Both people working were very kind. The young man who made and gave me my drink was very enthusiastic and made a great drink. I finished it before I got home!

  Not the happiest customer at all. The male employee spent so much time talking to a female employee about getting “ bigger” with his muscles that he failed to provide the customer with what Dutch Bros is known for. I asked for an Americano. Not only was the order made incorrectly, it was completely filled to the brim. As soon as I tried removing from the cup carrier, the lid came off and extremely hot coffee ended up burning my leg and hand. There’s nothing wrong with employees conversing, but use the same amount of energy and enthusiasm you have about your triceps, biceps and getting “ bigger everywhere else” as you do your job. Why was the cup of hot coffee filled that way? Why wasn’t the order made correctly? Won’t be visiting this location anymore.

  I returned to drive thru to get my order right and they were still confused. Indoor staff made drinks for the car behind me instead of prioritizing my drink order 😔 Poor customer service 4 sure! Follow up response to owner- I sent the message on your link. Let me reiterate how unprofessional the staff is at this particular location. Being rude to a first time customer does not make sense and should not happen. Period.

  Definitely did not get the “Dutch Bros experience” today and am highly disappointed in my service at this location. I went through the drive through and was never greeted by a staff member, customers were made to order through the pick up window. Once I got to the window and waited for my drink, the employee tried to had me the wrong drink while saying it was what I ordered. She doubled checked, realized she made the wrong drink, re-made it and still handed me the wrong drink. I just left. Waiting in the drive thru for 20 mins just to have a drink made wrong twice with no customer service is a tad irritating. I have NEVER had this kind of experience at any other Dutch bros. Will make sure never to return to this location

  This was my first time trying Dutch bros at this location is now my favorite I came for 3 days in a row the butter chocolate chip freeze is soooo amazing and good and the portion is just how I like it the employees here are overly nice and give top tier customer service the outside is clean and they have menus every side of the building so you are able to take time and order Dutch bros have a wide selection of drinks to choose from so take your time to order and the employees also help you order if you are needing help making a selection. I also order the breakfast sliders which are very delicious and served hot I had the bacon and Cheese sliders they are small so order two but I honestly enjoyed my visit here and will continue to visit long as the customer service stays pleasant!!!
