  Went to this Dunkin’ for the second time today and glad I did! The staff was great and looked like they enjoy being there! Recommended a banana latte I didn’t know I liked banana that much!😂

  We live here. We pay taxes here. All we’re asking for is businesses to come into our community and actually uphold their company’s standards. Instead, we get locations like this that seem more focused on planting a flag in an “up-and-coming” area for profit, while consistently delivering poor customer service and having little to no product available. Between being out of donuts, hot food, and the overall lack of consistency, it’s frustrating—and unfortunately, it’s becoming a pattern not just here but with other chains in the area as well. What gives? If you’re going to open in this community, at least meet the basic expectations your brand is known for. I would appreciate insight into whether this location is experiencing operational challenges (such as supply, staffing, or inventory issues), and what steps are being taken to address them. Consistency and reliability are important to your customers, and currently, this location is not meeting those expectations.

  When going to this dunkin the staff were insanely rude! When we pulled up there was no one in line we asked for a moment to browse the menu then ordered. I told her that i had a deal and before i could finish she rushed me to go to the window, i was trying to ask what sandwiches come with the $6 deal. When we got to the window i attempted to ask again she -in a rush- told me that the deal wasn’t compatible with the drink i got. I asked her if i can just do add ons to the regular iced coffee and she told me no i cannot when i know i can. Overall the service was terrible and i felt rushed even though it was 11am on a thursday and no one in line!

  Always my fave place to go Strawberry dragon fruit with green tea refresher. Cheaper than those other place, bang for ur bucks!
