  This place is my go to spot!! Morgan is so sweet and has great customer service! She deserves a raise/promotion! She is a hard worker! Drive through is always really fast!!

  Came here on a Thursday afternoon at around 5 PM. Drive thru was empty. Available. Got a Maple Donut and a Boston Kreme Donut. The friendly lady worker at the window ended up giving me extra: 3 WHOLE EXTRA DONUTS!! What a day. I hope my luck isn’t over yet. The texture was good! Soft but firm. I don’t like Krispy Kreme donuts; the chewy texture of Dunkin’s is actually substantial. I highly recommend the Vanilla Kreme Donut; cannot go wrong with that flavor. The Boston Kreme was good too, but it was almost too much sweetness and that is saying a lot coming from ME. All in all, enjoyable. Good service, nice donuts!

  I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this Dunkin’ location (8445 Preston Rd in Frisco) on the morning of March 24, 2026 around 9:30 AM. I was previously told by a manager (on March 20th) that I could return to have my order replaced with no issue. My name and number were taken at that time. However, when I returned today, I was met with an extremely rude and unprofessional attitude from the general manager. After calmly explaining the situation, I was dismissed and treated disrespectfully. When I came inside to resolve the issue, the general manager escalated the situation by calling me a liar in front of her staff and refusing to even look at the proof I offered multiple times. Instead of assisting, she chose to argue and speak to me in a completely inappropriate manner. No customer should ever be spoken to like that—especially in front of employees. The level of disrespect and lack of professionalism was shocking. This situation needs immediate attention from upper management. I strongly encourage Dunkin’ corporate and the franchise owner to review surveillance footage from this timeframe and address how customers are being treated at this location. I will be following up with corporate directly.

  As someone who visits this coffee location basically everyday, it blows my mind to see so many negative reviews about Cassie. She’s horrible! The way she treated me today was unacceptable, arguing with me over information that she did not have and was not right about. I’m always bombarded by these employees asking me to leave them reviews, including Cassie, yet she had the nerve to talk down on me and told me to never come back to her location? Extremely upset about her behavior and come to find out, she was wrong about the question I asked her. And it’s a question I asked several times and wasn’t able to get an answer to, just constantly told to read the rewards list ( as if I’m not competent enough to do that before the question was asked). And to top it off the answer she gave me was the exact answer I found. She told me I had to use a 400 point reward which was what I was trying to explain to her was the same reward coupon I was trying to use but she was so disrespectful she would not listen. And she’s a manager? With that type of behavior, she needs to get more training or be demoted. As a manager you should be a leader, learn how to keep your cool, and listen to customers instead of leading with emotion. You don’t get paid enough to be so emotional about a question you weren’t even right about. You behaved like a child.

  I went to that restaurant in the morning and a young American woman named Brittany served me. I think she was the one who served me because that was her name on my receipt. First, she didn't greet us when she saw we were Latina. She became very serious and spoke to us harshly. I had to pay, and there was a tip option, which I canceled, preferring to give her cash. She took the money with displeasure, scooped it up with two fingers as if disgusted, and threw it where they put the sodas. She didn't even say thank you. It was very rude. We weren't supposed to ask for free food. I paid just like any other customer, but that young woman was very rude and didn't even say thank you. And the worst part of all, we ordered two things, and she only gave us one. I didn't want to say anything to her because I really felt very uncomfortable with her. I grabbed my food, and we left. It seemed very strange to me that she treated us so badly. I always pass by there, and everyone is very friendly and communicative. The manager is always very friendly, and she almost always serves us. That's how it was the times we've been there. shop, but if this young woman really doesn't want to work, she should stay home sleeping if she doesn't want to serve different people...
