When he asked about the $6.99 deal, the employee who answered the phone responded in a very rude and loud manner, saying he didn’t know what my son was talking about. The tone and attitude were completely unnecessary. When I called the store back to address the situation, the call was not taken seriously. No one would identify who had answered the phone, and when I explained that it was a man, the employee said there were “five men there,” which sounded like an attempt to avoid accountability. I am glad this wasn’t my grandmother calling. This type of behavior toward customers is unacceptable, especially when someone is simply trying to place an order. I don’t see anywhere below to reply

It takes them 40 minutes to get us the pizza after they said it left the store. It was lukewarm. They didn’t send the correct wings. Which are very expensive. They didn’t send the correct dips, which you have too pay for.they just through dips in there that they had leftover in the store. The manager on the phone when we called looking for our pizza, didn’t care at all that it was so late. Don’t order from this store. This isn’t the first time they have done this to us. We won’t get ripped off anymore.
