- ABAnika Bass3 days ago5.0We really don't have contact with employees except for checkout but the games and prices we love. The passes are great we normally get the platinum pass and love it. As far as food we need more choices but overall it's okay.

After a over 30-minute wait for checks due to a "system issue," we were met with defensiveness rather than an apology. Manager Zach was aggressive, blaming our split checks for the delay, even though we saw atleast 3 other large groups check out while we sat in limbo. While our server, Myste, did her best and deserved her gratuity, she was clearly left hanging by her leadership. No effort was made to recognize my mother's birthday, nothing was comped for the over hour-long check ordeal, and the "make-good" coupons handed to us at the end were actually expired. Technical issues are understandable; a lack of empathy and basic communication from leadership is not. We won’t be returning.
