  They need to train ice cream cone sizing so it’s the same no matter who makes the cone. Sometimes you’re lucky if they give you a kiddie sized. The young people can be very unprofessional

  My wife and mother in law took my 1 year old and 3 year old daughters to this Dairy Queen on 4/7/26 at approximately 6:00pm. I was not there as I was purchasing a vehicle. My MIL took my 3 year old to restroom and saw a MALE worker the cook come out of the women’s stall and said, “there was no tissue in the other restroom.” A MALE in a women’s customer restroom is unacceptable and disgusting. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE.

  Rude from the very beginning. Didn’t get finished ordering the first item and was cut off with anything else? Down hilll from there. Should have just pulled off and went somewhere else.After ordering for a family of 4 with the constant anything else cutoff we got to the window. Rudeness continued with no greeting but the total of our order with her hand out with the same nasty attitude we had during ordering. We had 4 drinks and 4 blizzards and when I asked for a drink carrier it was the end of the world for her. Once we received our order I checked to make sure we received everything and she opened the window with a HELLOOO full of nasty. I let her know we were missing fries and she said no you have everything the fries are in the box. Only to get home a realize yep we were missing the fries. Whoever you had working your window on Friday 4/3 around 7pm should be removed from the window and should have zero interaction with customers if you care at all how people feel when they spend their money at your establishment. If you are cool with people like this being the only interaction your customers have, atleast I have warned other customers that may see this before they decide to spend their money there. Sucks because we love our blizzards, but never again. Atleast my kids got a good lesson on how to NEVER act or treat others.

  This has got to be the worse Dairy Queen ever I see why there 3 stars I go to the drive thru order a 6.99 chicken basket with a mini Oreo shake and she said $1.50 up charge for the shake that’s fine I know that but then I get to the window and she said $15.33 like what?? Then kept closing the window to talk to her coworker then came back and said 11.88 like what kind of math is that stop hiring people for bodies and hire people who want to work and know math

  Went in to get a birthday cake, and the staff offered to write on it for free. Friendly staff.
