  This place was dirty just left didn’t have items I wasn’t bothered I was upset with the way it looked very dirty food everywhere 2 ladies holding a whole 5 minute conversation with a line talking! While we wait! Please teach the ladies to respect the job,respect the customers time most importantly respect the coworkers it’s very disheartening to have a person working only to work with people who don’t care! Pls fix this! Asap I Enjoy spending my money at this point I will not feel comfortable spending at this location. To upset to get a picture…… Run the cameras

  I frequent cava and this is my first time coming to this location. Our bowls were so yummy! They gave us such generous portions (even on the protein!!) and wrote our names on the bowl to help us distinguish in between. Shout out to the girl who served us, sadly I didn’t get her name but she had blonde hair in a bun and a pretty side profile! 💛💛💛

  The service here is absolutely amazing! The girls working Sunday morning were incredibly kind, sweet, and patient while my friend and I were ordering. They made the whole experience feel welcoming and stress-free. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had!! I’ll be coming back for sure!

  I’ve visited this location three times, always 2–3 hours before closing, and every single time the staff rattles off a long list of items they’re out of dry chicken, missing toppings, you name it. Most times they practically discourage you from ordering, making it feel like you’re an inconvenience for showing up. Once is understandable, but three times in a row is a pattern. If you’re open, you should be stocked and ready to serve your full menu. This is a shift management and inventory planning issue, plain and simple. Love CAVA’s food, but this location needs to do better for its customers and its crew.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  Second visit ever to CAVA and probably my last. Came in at about 4:40pm. Ordered the Steak+Harissa Bowl. I was told by the team member that they were out of steak but it would only be a couple of minutes. 20 minutes later I get my bowl. My wife has already finished with her bowl. Once I started eating it, the rice wasn't even done. I've heard that CAVA is struggling lately, and now I know why
