  Gng.. I ordered 2 kids meals of SIX wings and fries each, we get home with the meal only to realize that there is absolutely NO ranch in our bag, even though we requested ranch, and we specified our drink to have no ice, I take a sip and realize there is ice. And in BOTH orders we only got FIVE wings, and the fries felt premade and old. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a BWW. It’s honestly sad.✌️🥀.. Wings were honestly fire tho 🔥

  We went to the Frisco location at 12:30pm on a Saturday during March Madness and expected there to be a wait, but the dining room wasn't even open for service because they didn't have the staff. The bar was open, but wait listed. So disappointing. A sports bar restaurant advertised as the place to be during sporting events not even open for a lunch crowd on a Saturday during one of the biggest sporting events of the year.

  Went in a Sunday evening. Waited over an hour and half too be greeted and another 30 minutes to be served drinks and food . Received no sauces . Food was old and no flavor. Very disappointed in this location. Even to pay the bill was another 20 min. Couldn't speak to a manager
