Never have written a review this is a first ever for a bad one. Ive been coning to the Bojanles off of 380 in Frisco at least 2 - 3 times a week I order a sausage and biscuit for 99cents and a glass of water. Today Sat April 11 2026 I ordered 3 sausage and biscuits and a water. They charged me for a tea. I said I wanted a water. II got home and noticed they didnt take the tea off so I called here comes manager Jasmine on the phone I explained what happen she said there new policy is to charge 2.49 for the cup. I told her they should let you know i orderd Friday the same thing no mention and did not charge for the water. I told her iI want a credit or a refund. She couldnt do that. I said im not going to spend 2.49 on a cup of water. Went back and forth rudely about 15 min. I will take a soda then she finally said ok but just this once. I came home called several Bojangles. Celina,Lewisville, Bureleson...several more none of them charged for a cup of water. In fact Lewisviile said come by and I could have a cup of water free..So Im not sure why Jasmine was saying that. But also if its a policy then they should let a customer know. But its the rudeness that I encountered especially coming there order the same thing for a month at least 2 or 3 times a week. Will not be going to 380 in Frisco ever again Jasmine ruined it for one customer for sure. no more sausage and biscuit, chicken strips....So beware you might get charged for something you never did before.

I bought 3 , 3 piece combos & asked them to lightly salt the fries (they are usually over salted). The employee kept getting my order wrong & I had to correct him a few times. When the order came, the fries were super salty. They replaced them. When I got home, the fries were shorted-mine had only 7 individual fries. Another box had about 8 individual fries. And a couple of the chicken strips were very, very skinny (about the size of my little finger). NOT satisfied.

Man I love their chicken but I can’t be going back to this place ever again. I’ve eaten here a few times, both drive through and inside and it just makes me sad. Not only does it take 20min to get my food, the staff are extremely disrespectful. It’s not just the regular employees either. Those managers are awful. I watched a manager straight up cuss out his employee and I’ve seen them basically fight each other. Over what? Chicken? Bro this place has the worst vibe Ive ever seen. The staff needs a redo like yesterday.

The food is great when your order actually is given to you complete and correctly. The employees clearly don’t care about their job, 3 times now my order has been wrong or missing an entire piece of the meal and the employees just shrug their shoulders. Pretty disappointing considering this is a great location for this place. If they don’t fix the lack of care from the employees and consistently wrong or missing orders they will go out of business.

Waited 40 mins in line for breakfast, asked some simple questions regarding decaf availability and it took 5 mins to get an answer to then be told at the window no decaf which is fine but a simple answer doesn't take 5 mins on top of being the wrong answer. The lady at the window was wonderful and could sense my aggravation of waiting 40 mins to have the order taken incorrectly and offered 2 free cookies. I get it yall are new and busy at the moment, but cmon reheating frozen chicken don't take 40 mins.
