  I went here this morning before work. I ordered my food. Got to the window and paid. Went to the second window and the tried to hand me a drink that wasn’t mine. I told her my order and she told me to drive to the 3rd window. I sit there for 8 minutes. After 6 cars pass me up I realize my food isn’t coming out. I parked my car and went inside. I spoke with the shift manager and asked her where my food was. She asked me where I was at. I told her the 3rd window. She had the nerve to tell me that it wasn’t her area so it wasn’t her fault. You are the shift manager. You are supposed to make sure your team is where they need to be. She gave me a stinky face look like I was wrong for asking where my food was when I had been waiting outside for it. I will never go back to this place. Not when they treat paying customers like this. You would think since it’s in friendswood the level of service would be better. I was so wrong.

  I have been here 3 times and each time that I go I am treated with no respect. The staff is rude and does not acknowledge the customers unless they are a certain race. I am very disappointed with the service considering that the area is pretty nice.

  We travel from Pearland anytime we want McDonald's. Everyone is very nice and helpful at this location.

  This place gets worse every time I come in.Soo disorganized and the wait inside is insane.Even pre ordering on the app.Never again.People were walking out.

  so i received a complimentary guest card from the owner/operator along with a letter with the list of participating mcdonald’s that i can use this card at, so this particular location was hesitant about me using the card, they said it had to be at the location where the incident happened, but the letter clearly lists all the locations that the card can be redeemed at (this store included) both the employee and the manager were clueless like they’ve never seen a complimentary guest card before. i did end up getting my meal after telling the manager that the address on the card was the offices address, he had no other choice but to honor it. this location is terrible very bad costumer service
