  Absolutely the worst fast food experience of my entire life. Spent over 20 minutes trapped in the drive-through with only one car ahead of me — no excuse for that kind of wait especially at 2 am. Not only that, but my large fries was halfway full. Terrible experience never go here.

  Why are the employees here so rude?? Everyone at this location has the worst attitudes. The male manager in the morning that hands you your food has zero customer service skills. He doesnt acknowledge you yet alone say a word. Whoever is in charge of the employees here, especially the managers (who should be held to a higher standard) really is incompetent and responsible for this.

  Two burgers, I ordered two burgers a big Mac and a big arch no fries no drinks, had to park in drive through parking for 10 minutes, I must also say this was not during peak hours maybe 830pm-845pn

  So I ordered a bunch of meat patties plain nothing on them except the extra seasoning. It sounds so simple, but they always manage to put onions on them or cheese or onions. By the way my son is allergic to cheese and onions. He loves the meat patties plain with nothing on them

  McDonald's has steadily declined over the years into something barely edible but my kids want it every now and again. So I force myself to choke it down. But tonight was the last straw. I am constantly tired of being told to pull away from the drive-up window into a holding slot in order for them to keep their drive-thru times down, constantly tired of getting half cold fries and constantly tired of getting the orders wrong. I will not waste another dollar at this McDonald's again.
