  Food was good once it finally came out, but I wouldn’t recommend this place. They were extremely short-staffed, with only one server handling everything—seating, orders, food, and payments. Maya, the waitress, was great and did her best, but it was too much for one person. Our table received food at different times, and some of us waited an extra 25 minutes while others were already eating. Overall, poor management and organization. The only bright spot was Maya.

  The manager and owner are terrible….! The waitress was the ONLY one keeping this place from closing. It’s under staffed…. It (seems) that the owner bought the place, promoted his daughter as the manager and they don’t know how to step up and keep it running smoothly even when there’s few guests and understaffed. The food was late, cold and wrong. It’s a shame cause the taste of the food was not bad. However It was cold by the time it came out for our party of 6. Two of us had not gotten our food while the rest of our party had finished eating . Other tables were experiencing the same thing.

  Today was my daughter’s birthday, I woke up to a message from the woman doing her cake saying she is sick and could not do her cake anymore. I called Mama’s Bistro Cafe & Bakery around 10:30am and asked if they were able to make the cake by 1/1:30, thinking there was no chance. The woman I spoke with was super friendly and personable, and said they could have the cake done by 1:30pm. The cake looked spot on, and tasted delicious. Between the beauty of the cake and the fact they got it done so quickly, I’m very impressed and will order again. After picking up the cake, they had texted and asked if I could send them a photo because they had forgotten to take one, and they even complimented the decor for my daughter’s party. Super friendly & personable people.

  We stopped in mid-morning for breakfast. The restaurant is roomy with plenty of comfortable seating. The room was quiet, making conversation easy and enjoyable. We both ordered the same meal - Juevos Mexicana. This entree is served with toast and black beans. We both found the meal to be tasty and pleasing. Service was friendly and we didn't have to wait very long to receive our food after placing our order. I also had a hot caramel macchiato cappuccino which was nicely prepared - not overly sweet. The Prices were a bit on the high end but probably appropriate for the area.

  Great little bakery & Cafe! Service was awesome and food was tasty! I had the chicken and waffles, which were really good. I also had the cinnamon chai, which is probably some of the best chai I’ve ever had. So good! Will definitely be back!
