She knew I had at least one kid. So what, one napkin per person?! I'm lucky I had wipes with me today! Plus! I asked for extra ketchup, and I DID NOT GET A SINGLE PACKET! I feel like I wasted a tip on this experience.

You guys need to higher more competent workers and correct what’s going on here.

Something so small like a drink order was trash and we ended up throwing out our drinks. Go to East Pearland. They get it right every single time.
