  JR who is the manager on duty needs some training on how to operate as an actual manager. He’s lazy and showed no interest to assist his bartenders who were swamped. The service all around tonight was terrible.

  The very big girl Leslie first said the tables are reserved as we walked in at 11:15 they close at 1:00. We asked to be seated and she says all the tables are reserved we then said all these tables are reserved and she said no but its $17 a hour which we said was fine and then she said oh im about to leave and im the only ome for this section just a bunch of lies as she hides her name tag. I seen your name Leslie because of you i wont be coming back to this location and will have a few words with the owner of this location thank you :)

  I always have a great time ad Dave & Buster's. This past weekend I went with my husband and we had a blast! Talk about nostalgic feelings while playing pac-man. I couldn't get enough of that when I was a kid. One of our favorite places to post up is shooting hoops at the basketball hoop challenge. It's so much fun. I usually come here to play the games. I don't dine-in. It's not my cup of tea. I'm competitive when it comes to sports so these moments pretty much satisfies that urge. I don't know how many times I rode the motorcycles all I know is that I came in first. It's loud, fun, busy, and you could get lost having fun for hours so be prepared. It's like a true travel back-in-time for grown-ups.

  While the games can be fun, we had a frustrating experience. Sometimes the games don’t work properly, and when that happens it’s difficult to get the issue remedied or resolved in a timely way. On top of that, during the card games, I tried to sort out only the cards needed for the bonus, but the cashier told me to just hand over the entire stack instead. Because of this, we likely missed out on a potential 2,000 bonus when we completed the second set. Overall, the lack of clarity and support took away from what should have been an enjoyable experience.

  The reviews prior to this do not match the service we received last night from our server and the bartender. One bartender Jasmine (a Caucasian/there was 2 bartenders) met us with a nasty attitude and over charged. How is it that we got 3 shots after the 2 shots we ordered and the 3 were cheaper, the second bartender was much nicer. People like her give bartenders a bad rep and I'm certain she would not like to be approached in the same way she approached us. Our server was hispanic with long hair and we could not get her name because she never came back. Her section was at the far right next to another room. She came back one time in 25 minutes, and by that time we just wanted the check. It was at this point she jokingly said she was happy we're leaving (something you never do in hospitality). She could speak spanish and I guess for that reason she felt comfortable touching my father as they are both spanish speaking, it is never okay to touch anyone, even if it is friendly. It's unprofessional and we were all adults, it should be common understanding to keep your hands to yourself. Despite this we still tipped our server and bartender 20%. Our table had to send back the Philly cheesesteak because the bread was rock solid. She asked if she could touch it and once she was shocked and agreed to call a manager she told us to keep it to show said manager. You never ask to touch anyones food and have them keep it, at that point take it and show him yourself. She was unprofessional, could not handle multi tasking and should be reevaluated. We spent $40 at the bar and dinner was $164, we went for a birthday and had to get a manager just for some plates, forks and refills, our server saw this and at this point made it back to the table. Prior to this she was never able to make it back to the table TILL she saw her manager. It was very evident the server was struggling even though the servers do not have to run their food. She stated she had tables all over, in the front and the back, which if that's the case management should be aware she cannot handle big sections like the one she had last night. Or made aware that she lies. The two managers we had to speak with last night were the complete opposite of what we had encountered with these two employees. The managers were friendly and quick to help us, it's sad to see and experience their staff working against the cause.
