- THTerrence Harris6 days ago5.0I had a great experience at Dave & Buster’s. The bartenders provided excellent service, they were friendly, professional, and attentive without making the experience feel rushed. Drinks were made quickly and they made sure everyone at the bar was taken care of. What stood out the most was the management team. The managers were actively walking the floor, checking in on guests, and making sure everything was running smoothly. It’s always nice to see leadership being present and making sure customers are having a good experience. Overall, everything from the service to the atmosphere made for a really enjoyable visit. I would definitely rate my experience a 10/10 and will be recommending Dave & Buster’s to my friends and family.

I came in to get a breather,and T was awesome,understood what I was going through and even though its not his job,he gave me his ear and let me rant a bit. Explained I needed something stiff and brought me a best Long Island I’ve ever had. As I was getting to the game section,I came across Mr.Carlos and he was just as awesome. I’m forever grateful for those two gentlemen….they both deserve a raise lol. Thanks to the entire staff as well for being so generous to us and making our night special.

I do wish there were more shooting games. The only thing about this place keeping it from getting 5 stars is the restrooms. They were filthy and the men’s one a friend said it was flooded.
- KRKayla RichardMar 1, 20261.0Me and My husband Saturday night sat at the bar and waited a good 10 minutes to not get serviced then a lady that walked up gets serviced right away while we sat there for a while so me and my husband decided to just get up and leave . Will not be going to the bar ever again due to this lack of service , never have I ever sat at a place and never been acknowledged will be taking my services to La Brisa since they always are on point.
