  Well, this is a first. I’ve never been to a restaurant that REFUSED TO SERVE THE FOOD ON ITS MENU simply because I was ordering it INSIDE the restaurant. My family and I tried to have dinner at this Chipotle tonight and sit inside the restaurant for a family meal. After ordering everyone else’s food at the counter my husband, who was the last to order, tried to order a quesadilla. The simplest food item on the menu. However, the servers and manager refused to make him a quesadilla, insisting that he needed to either (1) get back in the car and drive through the drive-through to order it, or (2) place a mobile order from inside the restaurant just for the quesadilla. This was not due to a shortage of quesadilla supplies, shortage of employees, or even a long line behind us – there was only one person waiting in line behind us. Ridiculous. We will not be returning to this store.

  La comida esta buena pero el servicio no, el servio que dan es tan malo que ni cuando alguien regala las cosas las da de esa manera. Un ejemplo claro es qué si yevas mas de una bebida en vaso ellos te proporcionan una bolsa y no un porta vaso y el problemano es de los empleados, ellos tratan de servir de la mejor manera con lo que tienen, el servicioque dan los trabajadores muy bien. pero alguien en algun lugar penso que hay materiales que no son necesarios. Cuando cobran el servicio lo cobran completo, pero cuando te dan el servicio te lo dan a medias. Solo falta que den bolsa para la bebida en vez de un vaso, o que te sirvan la comida en las manos 🤲 en vez de plato. El propósito de este comentario no es desprestigiar, el propósito es que no se descuide el servicio por que no es gratis, todos pagamos sin protestar el precio y por eso tenemos el derecho de ser servidos con un servicio de calidad.

  Ordered online and picked up through the fast lane. Got home, grabbed the bag from my car, and the bottom was soaked and gave out. The bowl fell through and spilled everywhere. Looked like it was leaking from the chicken or beef. I scooped everything back into the bowl just to throw it away, and when I saw the portion size, I wasn’t impressed — especially for the $20 I spent. Been a while since I’ve been to this location, very disappointed and will not return. Thanks.

  Went here with my family last night and we have been to this Chipotle a few times in the past. It’s always the same thing. We are out of Guacamole or fajita veggies or this or that. Like I said this has happened multiple times. The tall woman who was working was visibly upset that we were dissatisfied that there wasn’t certain ingredients. She said “we are waiting on our shipment!” And that’s when it hit me, that’s what she said last time. So if you come here past 8pm just know that they are trying to get that place cleaned up so the can get out of there. Some guy rolled in after we did and she gave him his meal for free! I think she just didn’t want to ring him up. I think this is our last time here, next time we will go to the one in Webster on Bay Area, it’s much better and much cleaner.

  I went to this location to pick up my food. I have been here many times prior. While i was waiting to order my food the employee had gloves on, and she was touching different surfaces ( counter tops, draws, etc) with her gloves on. and then she used the hands with the same gloves on without any utensils to grab the salad from the serving bowl and put it in my food bowl. I told her that I changed my mind and do not want it anymore:). I do not know why do they not use utensils to hold the food such as salad. It is not hygienic. I will not but food from this store.
