  I just visited this Charley’s Philly location and had a very disappointing experience. The staff who assisted me appeared very young and unprofessional. The sandwich I received tasted terrible — it had no seasoning and lacked flavor completely. On top of that, I wasn’t even given napkins. Overall, the service and food quality were far below expectations. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the customer experience.

  Thanks for making my order even thou I scheduled it for a hour ahead 🙃. Forgot what time it was and send order for pick up at 11:45 instead of 10:45. Very nice ppl and good communication on helping me. I was already going to cancel but they told me to give them a few min to make my order. Within 10 min I was in and out. Thank you and sorry for my mistakes 🙏

  Melody es increíble! Siempre es amable, rápida y se asegura de que todo salga perfecto. Se nota que le gusta su trabajo y que se preocupa por los clientes. La comida siempre se ve y sabe deliciosa cuando ella está trabajando ¡Definitivamente una de las mejores! Sin duda recomiendo este lugar Charley's cheesesteaks
