Getzi (Not sure if I spelt her name right ) was amazing!!! She quickly bagged my groceries keeping everything organized then she insisted on helping me to my car loading everything in for me She told me to have a safe drive home and honestly, her exceptional service made me want to come back to HEB just for that kind of care!!!!

She was bagging groceries at the checkout, and I was blown away by how fast and efficient she was. Seriously, she unloaded my cart in record time! But it wasn't just her speed; she was also super friendly and had a great attitude. You can tell she takes pride in her work. It's rare to see someone so dedicated and pleasant, especially when it comes to something as simple as bagging groceries. Getse made my shopping trip a lot better, and I really appreciate her hard work. If you see her at the checkout, you're in for a treat!

First the dang self check out kept giving errors about rescanning produce that I bought. Even after weighing it, putting it in the bag. Then the girl had to come over n reset it. This happened 2 times. Then she was trying to rebag things I had placed in the bag a certain way. Well then when leaving after paying the basket automatically stopped at the doors. It’s done that 2 or 3 times now. I’ve never had an issue at Walmart and I self checkout all the time. Eeerrrrrr I was in a hurry tonight trying to get to my grandsons Christmas program.
