Yesterday when I went through the drive through and ordered burgers and fries, the food was cold, the fries were loaded with salt and the jalitos tasted like they came right out of a frozen bag. I was so disappointed after waiting in a long drive through line and paying $22 for 2 combo meals. The employee taking my order asked me to stop 2 times while she tended to other business. It is so sad for a small town like Franklin which has limited restaurants to choose from.

She said the cheese is kept at room temperature . I asked well is it supposed to melt she said yes . I was told to come back up there and she would remake it . I decided not to & just threw it away .
