Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- WBWilliam Reese (Bill)3 days ago2.0Staff slow, difficulty placing order. Their online menu states they have chicken bites, with texas toast. We got a really over-sauced order of drenched chicken wings, cold, horrible sauce, one short order of chicken wings. My hamburger was cold. Onion rings stuck together, tasted like old grease. The tomato was soggy, onion was on half the sandwich, the wait time was outrageous! I've been going to the same location for 35 years. I'll never go back. The food quality was always awesome, but the quality xisn't there any more. -William Reese.

If I could give this place an -1 I would there’s no reason for the managers to be rude nor Racist. I spend my hard earned money on food and to be treated cruel is crazy. The operating partner needs to be more nicer and understanding. -1 on food . -1 on experience. -1 on Employees . -1 overall experience.
