  Just left this Whataburger the manager was preaching to his employees to stay focused a young female called my name out which it was the wrong name she corrected herself and the manager came back up and told her wait a minute,,,,,, grab the bag took it back and I'm almost certain the female brought the same exact bag back up,,,,,,, I think he's the one that needs to stay focused she was correct it had the name on the receipt attached to the bag

  Placed a curbside order and it took 20 min over the estimated time. Place wasn’t really that busy when I went. A young Hispanic man finally came out to give me my order and decided to walk to my passenger window instead of my driver window, when no one was in the passenger side. Soon as I got the order, fries were cold like it’s been sitting there for a while. Just horrible service

  DON'T EAT HERE! THEM PEOPLE DO NOT CARE WHAT THEY SERVE! THEY ARE NOT UNDER ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE CODE OF CONDUCT OR SERVICE! EVERYTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY ORDER! SERVICE WAS RUDE! THEY ARGUED WITH ME INSTEAD OF MAKING IT RIGHT! I WAITED INSIDE FOR 30 MINUTES FOR THE WORST SERVICE! I have more to add, the burgers are frozen and hand made anymore! My mama burger was like a perfect round hockey puck! Like a burger you microwave from a grocery store! It was cold like it to!

  This was the worst food experience I’ve ever had in my life. My husband and I were pulled forward for 30+ minutes waiting on two meals. We watched through the window as employees ran around the lobby flicking towels at each other not doing any actual work. Then when we finally got our food we drove the 3 minutes home just to find our fries so cold they were inedible, our burgers slopped onto the wrappers (see picture below), my burger also had a sauce on it that doesn’t come on it that they put so much on that it was impossible to take off making the entire meal impossible to eat. After an absolute horrid meal I tried to call to speak to a manager, the phone rang until it hang up I called 4 times to no avail. I’d like a full refund once someone sees this.

  This location has the rudest manager ever! He gave my order to another customer on his own fault as I was waiting in lobby for over 15 minutes . He told me well someone already came and got it , idk what to tell you. He refused to remake my order knowing that he gave it to someone else , EVEN THOUGH MY ORDER WAS ALREADY PAID FOR !!!! He was dressed in a button down orange polo and was bald and his tone was so rude when I told him that he gave my order to someone else . I will be contacting corporate for this issue.
