  I’m leaving this review after a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. While visiting as customers, we witnessed an employee named Coral repeatedly laughing, making rude facial expressions, and acting disrespectfully toward someone in our group for no clear reason. This behavior continued at the drive-thru window, which made the situation even more upsetting. As paying customers, we expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, and that standard was not met at all. It was embarrassing and uncomfortable to witness, especially as family members.   This was a very disappointing visit. While we were there as customers, an employee named Coral was laughing, making rude faces, and acting unprofessionally toward someone in our group. It made the whole experience uncomfortable. Customer service should always be respectful, and this behavior was completely unacceptable

  It never surprises me anymore that every visit there’s always an issue. Every time I feel like I can take a chance here I’m drive thru, it always never fails to be wrong. My last visit was a couple months ago and it was the same thing and they don’t refund back to your card “apparently”. Better off going to any other location (The other one on beach, lake worth and Lancaster). No point in calling if there’s nothing they can do make things right w the customer. I wish they’d notice when the soda runs out and it needs changing.

  I had to make a review because this place is not like other Whataburgers- they must be doing something different because the service consistently has been SO fast and accurate. I'm glad this is my local Whataburger, they are all super friendly, they work together as a team. Every time we go we are suprised at how fast it was and no need to double check, they have the order right, including napkins and both ketchups without asking. Great job, guys!
