  THIS IS THE WORST WHATABURGER IN NORTH TEXAS. IVE BEEN HEARING PEOPLE SAY BAD THINGS ABOUT THIS LOCATION FOR QUIET A WHILE. ITS TRUE. I CAME IN AROUND 335 AM SATURDAY MORNING AND OF COURSE THE STORE HAD 1 CUSTOMER BEFORE ME, I AM WAITING AT THE REGISTER FOR ANYONE TO TAKE MY ORDER, TO NO AVAIL! I JUST GOT "HEY MAM WE'LL BE RIGHT WITH U". O.K. TEN MINUTES LATER, O "WE'LL BE RIGHT WITH U". TO NO AVAIL. I SIT DOWN AND FORGET IT. SOMEONE COMES BACK FROM BREAK GO STRAIGHT TO THE BACK AND A TALL GUY COMES UP TO THE REGISTER "MAM HAVE YOUR ORDER BEEN TAKEN?" NO! ILL TAKE IT. "NO IM GOOD." 😂🤣🤣🤣🤣 HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVERYONE ON THAT SHIFT SHOULD BE AUTOMATIC TERMINATED!

  I love Whataburger, but the terrible customer service at pretty much every location around me discourages me from going. Anytime I go to this location in particular, there’s either an error in the order or the service is poor. This is typically where I will go if there are literally no other places open.

  I am very disappointed. I ordered food today from the location. My son got the chicken strip kids meals with fries and I got onion rings with a bacon cheeseburger. ALL OF THE food was cold. My sons chicken strips was so hard he couldn’t even it. The fries were cold. I got some onions rings and a bacon cheeseburger. All of my food was cold. I called up there to tell a manager and so told me to dig the food out the trash and bring it back up there so they can make it again. I can’t believe she told me to dig the good out the garbage 🗑️. Her level of professionalism was not up to par. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH WHATABURGER!!!!!

  I’m a regular at Whataburger, and it’s always a pleasure. Even on the rare occasion something isn’t right, they fix it quickly, which is exactly why I keep coming back. But today was extra special. Jaime took my order at the drive-thru, and he truly made my morning. He was so pleasant and attentive, and you could genuinely tell he enjoys his job. He even said it, and that kind of energy is rare these days. I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge him because great customer service like that does not go unnoticed. He deserves his flowers!

  My goodness, they served the A line and REFUSED to serve the B line, we were stuck behind a girl just waiting to put her order in and 5 cars in the A line kept going so finally we went to the A line. When asked if B line was open they said “oh ya it’s open!😊” (thankfully my bf was there to mediate) but yeah I was PISSED that they made this sweet girl wait for SOOOOO long, then we both had to go to the other line and they act like everything was all good. Ugh, if it wasn’t for the breakfast taquitos I’d NEVER go to ANY whataburger again!!!
