Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- RSRobert SApr 6, 20261.0went here not even a few minutes ago and got a Monterey melt and their new double steak and bacon burger got home only had one sandwich went back and check the one in store and didnt see any kind of toppings on it to tell me what kind of sandwich is was and it looked like the double steak burger got my replacement sandwich got back home and checked them again with my wife and turned out they were both Monterey melts just put together differently for some reason paid 34$ for two sandwiches that wouldve only cost 20 something dollars would not go here again gonna just drive the extra 7 minutes a different one from now on

She was very attentive and came over to check on me, apologizing for the delay and told one of the coworkers to ask me if i would like a free goodie for the wait. I told him i was okay but thank you, when she delivered my food she apologized and she still kindly placed a cookie in my bag. That gesture was very thoughtful and appreciated. Even though the wait was longer than expected, Jenni’s great customer service made the experience much better.
