  I ordered a baconator when I bit into it the burger was raw on the inside of both patties. When I called I was told I had to come back 24min out of my way and they would only replace the burger.

  Very rude. Came in at 9:20 to pick up a DoorDash order and a worker tells someone else to tell me that the lobby is closed. I mentioned it was a DoorDash order and the manager on duty on 03/21/2026 at 9:30 pm rolled her eyes and didn’t ask anything else and left me waiting for over 15 minutes. Teach your managers and employees customer service and to maybe lock the doors if the lobby is closed.

  Not only they got my order wrong, but the chicken was burnt to a crisp and very thin! The second order missing ingredients that was charged extra and when asked about my receipt, they said the printer was down. Same excuse as the last time I was here about a month ago. This is on my, as I said I wouldn’t come back again, but was craving the Spicy Chicken Sandwich… Well… I guess this was the last time… Hopefully the franchise owner takes action…
