    I come for breakfast and this is the 4th time no one came to the speaker to take my order. They should be open because it’s 7:30a when I come. The owner should look into this because I’ve come on 4 different days spaced out. Each time I remember why I stopped coming

    This Wendy’s is full of terrible employees. Went at 2:30 in the afternoon and the dining room was locked with no indication as to why and the employees inside pointed and laughed at my family when we tried to get in. Extremely disrespectful and very disappointed in this location

    Yesterday, April 19 at 8 PM went to purchase 2 Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combos after watching a commercial ad on T.V. about the NEW Chicken Sandwich. It sucked compared to the old original chicken. It was package like a regular sandwich, missing half the vegetables and serve with cold/warm fries. the fries should of being make fresh to order /hot. PLEASE Hired quality workers who are not playing at work. But serving customers or lose them. Some employees distort company's

    I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at one of your locations. I have always considered Wendy’s a reliable place for quality food and service, which is why this visit was especially frustrating. During my visit, the service was slow, and my order was incorrect. Additionally, the food I received was not up to the usual standards I expect—it was either cold or poorly prepared. This made the overall experience unpleasant and not worth the money spent. I believe that customers should be able to rely on consistency when visiting your restaurants, and unfortunately, that was not the case this time. I hope you will address these issues with the staff at this location to ensure better service and food quality in the future. I would appreciate a response regarding how this situation will be handled. Thank you for your time and attention.
