  I went today for a flatbread pesto chicken sandwich. The cheese was barely melted, sandwich was not hot. Ive gotten there before and it was good but not today. Please cook your sandwiches longer.

  I went to this Tropical Smoothie Cafe location on 4/12 during the night shift through the drive-thru, hoping for something refreshing after a long day. My girlfriend and I usually love the bowls, which is why this experience was so disappointing. We asked to substitute pineapple for mango—something we’ve done many times before at other locations—but were told there’s a “new policy” that doesn’t allow substitutions. When I asked if that applied to all locations, the employee said yes. That already didn’t make much sense, but it got worse when I asked if we could just purchase mango separately for the bowl, and she told us they “don’t have mango on the line anymore.” That’s hard to believe considering there are menu items that clearly include mango. At that point, we were already frustrated but decided to just move forward. When we pulled up to the next window, we were left waiting for several minutes while the employee (white, blonde hair) completely ignored us and continued talking with coworkers. No acknowledgment, no urgency—nothing. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the inconsistent information, lack of flexibility, and poor customer service, it felt like our time was completely wasted. This is exactly why we usually stick to other locations.

  Went into this establishment on April 5th, 2026 @ 10a.m… Didn’t get greeted by the staff but I was met with disturbing looks by the staff as if they didn’t want to provide us any service. I asked a question about an advertisement posted inside/outside this establishment ( sign posted was for a deal on items before 10a.m. ), but considering the holiday hours for that day, I asked were they honoring that deal. One of the staff looked at me with attitude and walked off out of view while the other watched them walk off and started laughing at whatever was being said between them all via the headsets they were wearing… Needless to say, I took my business to Smoothie King.

  I love this place, the most kind people, and the absolute best smoothies!! The girl at the window asked if I like dinosaurs, and I said yes. I didn’t notice until I got home, but check out my awesome cup.
