I came in excited to purchase a bouquet for my pregnancy announcement photos and simply asked if the flowers could be wrapped in brown paper. Unfortunately, Susan Black refused to sell me the flowers, saying they were “out of date,” even though they appeared perfectly fine. Why were they still in display then ? Strange.. What made the situation worse was her attitude, she didn’t seem happy to be there and was not welcoming at all. The interaction felt dismissive and left me disappointed during what should have been a special moment. On a positive note, a younger employee with glasses was incredibly kind and helpful. She took the time to assist me in finding another bouquet and provided much better customer service. Overall, while I appreciated the help from the second employee, the initial experience was discouraging and could have been handled much more professionally. I’m posting the flowers that “went bad”
