  I walked up to the counter and the employees were just talking. The starter was playing on her phone with gloves on and she tried to make my sandwich. I asked her to change her gloves and she rolled her eyes. She had her phone on a food contact surface, as well. Disgusting. They were out of all the slices meats. I ordered a BLT. They tried to charge me for a bacon egg and cheese. Then, they tried to charge me for double meat- which I did not ask for. They were talking back and forth on the line instead and taking care of the guests. The bread was burnt and definitely not up to standard. Pretty disappointing. I tried to do a survey on the subway site, but the store number would not pull up!

  Says open 24/7 but the guy did not want to help me. One of the workers wanted to take a nap. Never heard of a restaurant in recent times that only accepted cash. Been here before 0240 on 04/05/26

  The food was pretty mid, typical airport food. The customer service was honestly awful. They were really rude and acted like it was an inconvenience for us to be ordering. Someone was making my sandwich and when they handed it to me they asked if I wanted a drink. I said yes, and then went to the checkout area. It was $18 for a sandwich (i thought and a drink). After I paid I asked if I should just grab the cup, she looked at me like I was stupid and said I didn’t ask for one. I explained the situation and she just looked at me and said well you were supposed to tell me. Just had an attitude with me. They had the same attitude with my two friends as well.

  I am very upset because i ordered my food online i get there and it wasnt ready, everyone was confused they also made my order wrong and i had no time to have them fix the issue because my flight was boarding. Horrible customer service I do not recommend ordering from here. sense of urgency is not there lack of communication sucks between the employees if i could give 0 stars to this location i would.

  Very annoying attitude Non English speaking is unacceptable on an American international airport terminal Gate B22 at DFW REFUSING TO CHANGE GLOVES between managing meat and pork and cheese to veggie only Very disgusting and disappointing experience They laugh among themselves as all passengers that were their without understanding Middle East strong accent The employees laughing at us all passengers Was a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience… I was asking and asking for my ticket to presented as evidence of my day and time of visit… that laugh and laugh at me talking among themselves again… finally after 10 minutes the lady hand me a copy of my ticket… Never experienced on a Subway as I do respect and value Subway as a great company, with customary good service and great value products Hope area managers and directors review who they have enrolled in the service team at this specific location
