  Went there Saturday April 18th, everyone looked depressed and like they hated their job, the girl that took my order snapped at my husband saying “what do you want” and just had an AWFUL attitude the whole time. My family and I were not pleased with the experience we had. Fast forward to today April 20th they have made my sub wrong and I have tried to call and call and no answer. This is my second time ordering in hopes they will get it right this time. This is ridiculous. The worst subway I have ever been too.

  I don’t normally do this but upon walking in, one associate was just sitting around while the another walks out. While ordering and saying what I wanted on my sandwich. I caught a glimpse of the girl rolling her eyes at me. They didn’t ask how I am or you know the normal polite things. The staffing did not appear to be nice or wanted to be there and was just really blunt and rude like.

  Shoutout to Rodney at the Subway on Clifford 🙌 Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Rodney was friendly, fast, and actually paid attention to every detail while making my sandwich. You can tell he takes pride in what he does — everything was fresh, neatly put together, and exactly how I asked for it. On top of that, his attitude made the whole visit better. Super respectful, great energy, and just genuinely welcoming. It’s rare to see someone go above and beyond like that at a quick stop, but Rodney definitely did. If you’re stopping by this Subway, hope you get Rodney — dude deserves recognition 💯

  I love this subway it's always clean the food is fresh. The employees are super sweet and Ms Crow is one of the best customer service top notch. Keep up the great work.
