  Stopped by on the way back home and the two gentlemen working were getting pounded with orders but still kept themselves smiling and friendly. Sat and ate while waiting and watched them deal with very difficult guest behind me but they still kept a smile and wished everyone a good day!

  If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Me and my kids went to eat before taking train and there were 2 homeless men showering in the back with the sink and dog running around ... it was so dirty flies in the food area .. employees so rude.... smh .. get your subway under control !!

  I went in the Subway at approximately 9:55 to obtain a orange juice. The tall white male employee became irrational and knocked my money off the counter and started yelling profanities at me. Camera footage would confirm this. His customer service skills are poor he does need to be servicing the public food with that type of attitude.

  DUSTIN!!! Michael & Liz Make this location awesome!! They are a real team these 3. Dustin is a stand out exceptional employee.. A true asset to the Subway Team. He is well deserving of his status, role and rewards Subway has to offer. Keep an eye on him he's going places with Subway. Not to take away from his other two team members, they also are exceptional employees and true assets to Dustin's team here at Subway. Thank you to the three of them for looking out for me and my belongings as I traveled Amtrak with my whole lifes belongings for the first time ever. If not for Dustin and his team I may have everything taken from me, simply for the reason of being unaware of my surroundings for lack of knowledge. Thank you guys for giving me an enjoyable nutritional meal while traveling the Amtrak. Dustin would truly take this location to newer heights as the manager he is a breath of fresh air, knows the customer base here and communicates extremely well with each customer one on one to make each meal enjoyable. Thank you again Dustin and his team!!!!!!

  This was a very unpleasant experience for my son and I. As soon as we walked through the door a male employee yelled at us and told us that they were closing in an hour and that we better hurry up and order. This was unnecessary as we were not going to be there long. My son ordered and when it was my turn I asked if he could hold the jalapeños for the wrap I wanted. He then yelled at me that he could not add or remove anything from what I wanted. At that point my son interrupted him to try to explain that I wanted the wrap without jalapeños and told him not to yell at me. This bully, because that’s what he is, started yelling profanities at us and kicked us out of the establishment. I have read other people’s comments about him and it seems that he has been treating people like this for over a year. What I don’t understand is how he still has his job. Many travelers stop by for a quick sandwich and for this bitter, angry man to continue to get away with this type of behavior is unacceptable. Someone at Subway needs to do something. If you are still reading this and have time, go somewhere else to eat.
