Its been awhile since I have come to this Sonic and I am glad I did. Andora is precious. Gave the best customer service one could have given. The food tasted fresh and I appreciate my visit this evening being one that will make me want to come back.

The lady at the drive through window was very polite and kind. The food was terrible. My mom had the all American smash burger meal and she got food posoining. That was the only thing different she had that day. She started feeling sick that night after eating Sonic and was up all night with nausea I and spent the entire next day in bed and vomiting. She could not eat anything or drink much without vomiting. It took her a couple of days to start feeling better. Do not recommend going here, ever.

I’m really disappointed with my experience today. I ordered a Sonic Blast with M&Ms and Oreos, and when I received it, there were barely any toppings and maybe five M&Ms on top and hardly any Oreos mixed in.
When I brought it back and politely asked if more could be added, the employee insisted nothing was wrong and claimed she had already put in “three full scoops.” That simply wasn’t true. I could count how few M&Ms were in the cup. She also said they must have been “blended into bits,” but I had the exact same order yesterday and the toppings were clearly visible and evenly mixed.
What made the situation worse was the attitude. Instead of trying to fix it, I felt dismissed and talked down to. The interaction left me uncomfortable, and the quality difference from one day to the next was huge. When I got home, I counted the M&Ms in the cup and there were definitely not enough to fill up “three scoops” I felt lied to by her.
I’m not someone who complains often, but this was frustrating, especially when the same order was done perfectly just the day before. I just expected consistency and a willingness to make it right.
If I had a photo of the one I ordered the day before, I would have posted it so you can see the difference.
Please don’t gaslight your customers and don’t treat me as if I’m stupid or wrong, especially if I am asking politely and kindly.
