  Only got four of the Baja chicken wraps and they messed up every single one of them. I asked for two with no cheese sauce and then two with no cheese sauce but add pickles and onions, but we got all four with cheese sauce, three with pickles and zero with onions…. 😐😐😐😐😐😐

  Placed a mobile order, waited at the stall for over 20 minutes and nothing. I pressed the button and got no response. I went inside and pressed the button and got no response. I had to wait in the drive through on foot to talk to anyone. I ended up trying to get a refund and got told they couldn’t help me. I asked how do I get one and basically got told to figure it out myself.

  Did not acknowledge me at the drive through until I said something after several minutes of waiting. Saw a couple other cars speed off in frustration. Ordering experience was awful, no customer service skills and the screen told me to move up otherwise I would have had no idea do so so. Either more help our staff change would be advantageous of this location.

  If you’re curious about wait times, they average around 25 minutes, even with no other customers. You’re probably better off going to a sit-down restaurant. At least then you won’t waste your time and your gas.

  I love this sonic. It's really convenient location wise and always price wise. The staff here is always super friendly and helpful. I do wish ownership/higher management would help this location with things that are broken (speaker box, card readers) so that the employees could work more efficiently. Nevertheless, food is always great. I love the sonic smash burger with a diet cherry coke :-)
