Honestly, I have been to the saltgrass now three times each time was a different experience. The first time I went the food was amazing. They did however forget the Parmesan on my smoked macaroni but other than that, the drinks were fun they were reasonable. The customer service was excellent Not a fan of the House bread, but the rattlers are very good. The second time I went I chose to sit at the bar. It was nice being waited on because it was kind of slow that day. The food came out however, it came out differently than the first time I came and it was very good. The third time I went I wasn’t too thrilled about this experience. I tried something different the fried mushrooms for appetizer instead of the rattlers and they were very delicious. I think they come with a Parmesan truffle kind of topping. I guess why I wasn’t thrilled with this experience is my food was plated very differently than the first two times I came they did offer to replace it but I declined so when going here, I would suggest the 8 ounce steak with your fried asparagus at the bottom and the Oscar topping on top of the steak with grilled shrimp on the side very delicious and if you like drinks, I suggest the lucky penny.

We came in on Sunday night. We were greeted by the most rude aggressive server we have ever been greeted by. He came in hard trying to sell a margarita. My wife said lemon water for us both. And he tried to sell us pop tea or something else and my wife said no just lemon water. He told her he was talking to me. I said lemon water please . Then he said bread also . We said yes. He said if he brings bread would we eat it and lemon water would we drink it. So we asked him for a new server. Erica came and was wonderful and Nate the manager came in talked with us and took us very serious and we appreciate them very much. Hopefully the first server can learn from this because he made it a terrible experience for us but Nate and Erica saved the night for us.

We had another unforgettable night at Saltgrass, and once again, our server Kodie proved she’s operating on a completely different level than the rest of the human population. I’m honestly not convinced she’s not part-time server, part-time life coach, part-time intergalactic saleswoman.
Everything started off normal—menus, drinks, the usual. Then the mashed potatoes arrived. Now listen… I don’t know what fusion reactor they’re using in the kitchen, but those things came out approximately 4 degrees cooler than the surface of the sun. My dad took one confident bite like a man who’s eaten mashed potatoes his whole life… and immediately regretted every decision that led him there. I’m talking full system shutdown. We spent the next 20 minutes debating whether to call an ambulance while Kodie calmly brought extra water like she’s seen this exact scenario play out a thousand times.
Fast forward—we did in fact end up making a quick ER pit stop after dinner (dad’s fine, just humbled), but not before Kodie pulled off what can only be described as the greatest upsell in restaurant history.
Enter: the Cowboy Sundaes.
Kodie didn’t suggest them. She guided us toward them like a seasoned sherpa leading weary travelers to dessert enlightenment. And let me tell you… these weren’t just sundaes. These were life events. Emotional experiences. I saw things. Heard things. At one point I’m pretty sure my dad forgot his mouth injury entirely and just nodded silently while eating like she had reached inner peace.
Kodie somehow balanced emergency-level mashed potato trauma with elite-tier dessert persuasion, and honestly, that’s a rare skill set. Give this woman a raise, a trophy, and possibly a hazard pay bonus for dealing with my family.
10/10 experience. We came for steak, left with a medical story, spiritual growth, and a new addiction to Cowboy Sundaes.
In all seriousness the manager, Logan, and her team her are absolutely amazing. You will not be disappointed.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Saltgrass Steak House with family and friends, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming—perfect for a special occasion.
Our waitress, Erica, went above and beyond. Her exceptional service truly made the night extra special. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout the evening. Unfortunately, our food initially arrived colder than expected and wasn’t prepared quite the way we normally prefer. As soon as we let Erica know, she immediately stepped in and had our meals redone.
Within minutes, the manager, Logan, came to our table personally to apologize and ask how she could make things right. She went straight to the kitchen to ensure our food was prioritized and prepared exactly as we had hoped. Logan was incredible. She truly went out of her way to make our evening special, despite the restaurant being completely full. Every table was occupied, and the night clearly looked busy and stressful, yet both Erica and Logan handled everything with grace and professionalism.
The second time around, the food was absolutely delicious—fresh, hot, perfectly cooked steaks, and cocktails that were just as impressive. Everyone in our party was raving about their meals, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the rest of the evening.
Since then, we’ve returned four times in just six weeks. A big reason we keep coming back is because of Logan. She is absolutely amazing—sweet, personable, attentive, patient, and incredibly skilled at what she does. She manages a busy restaurant while still making every guest feel valued and cared for. Her warm, kind-hearted spirit keeps us coming back.
Every time we visit, we make it a point to ask for Erica and request that Logan stop by our table. Thank you, Erica and Logan, for making my birthday so memorable. You both are amazing. We’ll definitely be back.

This place is take it or leave it.
The girls at the front of house were awesome if this experience was solly based on them the restaurant would get 5 stars. I am sorry I did not get there names but management i was there Friday 3.27.26. They were two blond girls. Wonderful ladies.
Next week were seated. I almost tripped on the floor change from wood to carpet. I am handicapped so this could be on me. But I just felt like the lip could be fixed.
Next our server he was there to do his job nothing great nothing bad. When we did ask for more bread he did bring fresh loaf right away. The bread is amazing it was the best part of my meal.
We got there early as to think we would be betting the Friday night rush. They were still serving the early dinner specials.
This is great for us. We like an option on that menu.
I ordered green beans steak and grilled shrimp.
Came with soup. Loaded potatoe was the choice.
Soup came out rather fast and was okay not great nothing bad. Okay.
Then we waited for 48 minutes to get the next food. Why? No idea.
During that time we talked to Nate who was walking by I asked him if he was a manager. He replied howdy how can I help you.
We promptly asked why they did not have a prime rib option for people with health issues. There prime rib is ruled down with like 6 different types of salt. So if you can not eat a lot of salt you can not eat the prime rib which was the original reason we went to this restaurant. I am sure I am not the only person in the world that has asked about this. He promptly said that he would take my suggestion to the GM. Maybe they could do a smaller peice of prime rib say 10 pounds without all the salt but with a healthier rub.
Will they. Not sure.
Then the actual food we ordered came out. Green beans over cooked my steak which was ordered medium came out well done no pink center. At all. Which fine I can deal with but then my grilled shrimp were not cleaned.
If you do not know what I am talking about it is when the poop and guts of the shrimp are not removed. In a 3 to 4 star restaurant I would never expect this.
So he comes another manager a lady. Did not give name. Asking how is the food. So I told her my shrimp were not clean she could see that I was not eating them. So promptly said I will let our cooks know and then an odd pause then she moved on to the next table. What?
There was no offer to fix no offer to remove from bill it was just well wrong. Why ask if your going to act like nothing matters if someone says something to you.
This is a steak house so I should recommend steak right but the best food we ate was the BBQ pork ribs. These were done great. This was a side add on like not a 1/2 rack but like 4 ribs. I wish I would have just gotten ribs.
So over all the place it's a 3 stars mostly due to the ladies that we met when we came in!the rest of the experience was well under pare for the price of the of the food.
BTW we still tipped our server even though our food was not great. We would like to comment that the other lady working in our area seemed to really like to be there. Brown hair shorter on the curvy side. But seemed to be bring joy to her customers.
Last but not least. The older gentleman that was bussing tables was on it. Seemed like a very hard working employee. Just saying!
