  I waited over 40 mins for a mobile order. They need actual leaders at this store. The manager has no customer service skills. The team is a complete failure— everybody scrambling to find a ticket to fulfill. The rushing due to being behind only results in food that’s half ass done right and sloppy. I didn’t get non of my side items. I’ll never come back to this location. I rather drive a longer distance to deal with Incompetence at this location.

  I went in for my first time trying to order something I seen on the website menu as I like looking at the menu to be prepared before going in to a place I never been to before, I didn’t realize it’s not something you can just order in-house, one lady was nice about it and told me just to pull it up online and let her know what’s on it, the other short lady with glasses was rushing me had an attitude and didn’t give me a chance to say I have it pulled up on my phone before she tried to start the person behind me order, I felt this was very rude and she kept rushing me. Her attitude was not just in how she talked but also her body language. I have not had this kind of service elsewhere even places I been to before treat me like it’s the first time I was visibly confused when I was ordering so for her to treat me the way when only two people who were ordering together were behind me is upsetting. Having worked in the food service industry I was taught to treat everyone like it’s there first time. Now I’m having doubts of coming back especially seeing the other reviews that are saying similar things about service.

  I visited this location for the first time and the last time today! around 12:20pm the gentleman was fixing my bowl and he put maybe two shallow scoops of white rice.... I asked him for more rice and he again for more rice and he acted like it was a problem..moving on to the register...the lady gave me my total and im like why is it higher than usual...she said you have two scoops of guacamole....HUH???? the other locations always put two scoops without me even asking... so I told her to take it off... and she was like you can have it but we charge...smfh... I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! It's my money and I will spend it where someone appreciates me as a customer...

  I was very pleased with the manager when the customer was upset. When the customer’s card declined, things got tense pretty quickly. The guest was frustrated, probably felt embarrassed, and directed most of her anger toward the manager. Even though the situation was heated, the manager stayed calm and tried to keep the conversation respectful. And the food was good. Family happy. Will be returning again.

  I usually don’t leave negative reviews, and I absolutely love Qdoba, but this location is a disaster. First off, I always get brown rice, but it was dry and crusty and looked like it had been sitting out since last night, so I went with white rice. The older guy making my burrito sprinkled the tiniest layer of rice, like they’re paying by the piece. Second, he did the same exact thing with the steak, less than HALF of what I’ve gotten from other Qdoba’s and Chipotle’s. I also would have asked for fajita peppers, but at this point I was sure he would take the crusted remainders from the bottom of the tub, instead of getting a fresh batch. So now I have a half a burrito, smaller than something I’d get from Taco Bell. Finally, it seems he skipped out on “burrito wrapping day”, because he closed the aluminum foil with one end of the burrito completely open. Smh, never going back here again.
