  I’ve been waiting over an hour and a half for my delivery. Called the location and was questioned as to if I ordered here because they couldn’t find my order only to come back and say the only driver they had was stuck in traffic. However when I asked to speak to the manager he told me they currently had 3 drivers stuck in traffic when Apple Maps shows a 14 minute drive both ways and no highway needed. When asked why I was told they couldn’t find my order originally and it went from 1 to 3 drivers I was told by the manager “I don’t know what you want me to do”. I have no faith it will ever actually arrive, save yourself the troubles and go elsewhere or do pickup.

  Cant remember the last time i was in a Pizza Hut, talk about nostalgia! This place had a bar with Ziegenboch on tap and served shots! Great staff, great atmosphere and great pizza!

  Thank You to the staff and Carlos the Manager. Food was Great Tasting and Customer Service was top notch. This Pizza Hut is my GO TO PIZZA PLACE!! PIZZA - PIZZA - PIZZA Yum yummy yum

  Absolutely terrible experience on a Thursday night. Got there at 618pm. We were there an hour and 15 minutes. We were one of three tables. The place filled. Folks got their orders. Finished their food. And paid. Meanwhile our pizza still had 7 minutes to go because they forgot to put it in the oven - twice. A manager never even acknowledged us and our server only came to our table 3 times the entire time we were there. Then they still charged us for the drinks and basket of wings when we told them we were leaving. We heard the kitchen tell our server they’d take the pizza off of our ticket if we wanted to wait 7 minutes but our server didn’t even ask us if we wanted to take it to go. Instead, she cashed us out and told us to have a good day. All of this and we didn’t fuss once about the service until the server walked up to our table an hour and 15 minutes later with someone elses pizza.

  The delivery we had tonight was absolutely amazing! Fresh, hot and cooked to perfection. Was sure to call and give kudos but wanted to post here too!
