Called the store to inform them of the issue and possibly come up with a solution. I was told “well you ordered it well done so I’m not sure how it could be all over the box” I said I took a pic he said “well I don’t know how the dashers handle the food and i can send another one but it’ll be over an hour before u get it” I asked if its possible to get it another time because its already late he bluntly said no that’s not an option. Very unprofessional and rude. I know it’s door dash’s fault however I called the establishment I spent money so this could be prevented in the future. Hulen location Fort Worth Texas. I spoke with Tyler.

- MTMarc TricomiMar 17, 20261.0I don't live very close to a Papa John's so I drove a good fifteen minutes to pick up my carry out order and after getting home and eating my first slice, I am beyond disappointed. This location must be low on sauce because that was the most dry pizza I've ever had. I even peeled the cheese from a slice just to see if there was any sauce at all and aside from a tiny amount at the edge of the crust line, there was nothing else. In contrast, I went to a different Papa John's location last month and the pizza was perfect. There are too many good places to eat in that area to waste money on a bad meal. The next time I buy Papa John's, it won't be from that one.
