  What a shame of an experience i had at this establishment! I came in, my first time ever!!! Ordered a stuffer and soup, they gave me my order and when I got in the car I looked in the bag and it was a salad and a small piece of bread, I ask this wasn't what I ordered, they employee replied you stuff it yourself.. I looked at them like how the hell am i suppose to stuff the whole salad in a little piece of bread.. never again. Tha ks for the experience.. I should have just went to Chipotle or chikfila...

  I ordered the you pick two, with the Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice Soup and the Mediterranean Chicken Greens with Grains Salad and a French Baguette for the side. When I received my food my side was not included. This happens pretty much every time I eat at a Panera, so I went up to the window to ask for the baguette. They said they were currently out, but there were some in the oven, and it would be about 12 minutes. They didn’t bring me any when it was ready, so I went back up after about 12 minutes and I received a massive piece of baguette, so it worked out in the end! I ordered at one of the kiosks, but I asked the employee at the front counter for a water cup and she was very nice and helpful! It did take about 15 minutes to get my main entree, even though there were only two other tables in the restaurant. I upgraded to a bowl for the pick two and the portion felt small. The salad portion also felt small, but I know that’s not specific to this Panera. Definitely expensive for what I received. However, the food overall was good. My soup was hot when it came out and the salad was fresh. Positive experience overall!

  I came into this Panera in desperate need of coffee and just a feel good moment after the day I had. I was greeted by a wonderful woman named Kathy. Went out of her way to make my cup special and my Panera experience memorable. Panera food is Panera food, but sometimes people make ALL the difference. Thanks Kathy!!!

  I went here to get a grilled chicken, avocado, BLT and when I left, they didn’t have avocados on it so I called them up and they told me to come back and they will fix it for me. It was a week later and they still held up to their promise. Thank you guys for the great service. Oh forgot to mention too. They gave me a free cookie.
