  Wonderful atmosphere and very kind employees. Herman took care of us and was on point the whole time. He was very kind and very prompt with everything. Keep it up Herman, you’re gonna go far!!

  Great experience overall! Service was friendly and attentive, food came out quickly and tasted great. Minor issues, but nothing major. Will definitely be back for another visit soon!

  Everything was fabulous! Our server Ashely was very attentive and kind. Would highly recommend! The food was hot and fresh. The ribs were phenomenal as always!

  The food was good but the service was awful. They had one section completely full when we arrived while the rest of the restaurant was empty. It was very loud and crowded. A large party (10ish people) a party of two left and it was just us and another group. By the time we left, there were about six tables with at least four servers/runners. The guy took our drink order, someone else brought the drinks and I had to ask for sweetener and straws. The server took our appetizer order and came back about five minutes later to ask if we were doing ok. I told him that we were ready to order and he said that he would be right back. A few minutes later the runner brought our appetizer but didn't acknowledge our empty glasses or the fact that we were out of bread. Our server finally came back to take our order. The order was correct and the food was good, it just seemed to take a while for a mostly empty restaurant. We had to ask for every refill and our dessert (it was part of the special so he should have been asking when we started asking for to go boxes) and the empty plates and glasses were piling up on the table. The server and runner were extremely nice and there may have been a 'behind the scenes' issue that we weren't aware of but there was no communication so it looked like we were being ignored.

  Beware of cheating the customer as they sold me “6 oz” steak that when weighed at home was “3.4oz”. Thats goes to a lack of integrity and character of the leadership/management to commit theft from the customer. Extremely disappointed as they are or always have been doing this to everyone for however long. You advertise a 6 oz as that price then you need to honor that 6 oz. This lacks ethics and values in the company. Taste of food and service was excellent.
