- RSRylee StevensonApr 3, 20262.0I chose to celebrate my birthday at this restaurant because I’d heard great things and was really looking forward to the experience. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. I ordered my steak medium rare, but it came out clearly rare and was very chewy. I’ve attached photos to show what I received. It was disappointing enough that I could barely eat it, though I chose not to complain in the moment. On top of that, my partner’s meal was forgotten and didn’t come out until much later. While our waiter was kind and apologized which we appreciated it still meant we had to eat at completely different times, which isn’t ideal, especially for a birthday celebration. We understand that mistakes happen, and I do want to emphasize that our waiter was friendly and did their best in a difficult situation. However, considering the prices and the occasion, I expected a much better overall experience. Sadly, that wasn’t the case, and I’m not sure I’ll be returning.

We spent more money here than we would have at our regaular, Texas Roadhouse; and the food wasn't even as good. The service was just okay (my husband had to wait over 10 minutes for a drink refill on an empty glass) but the atmosphere and looks of the place was great. The hostess was very courteous, everyone seemed very polite. 😊
